By accessing or using the FortuneFi website and online budgeting app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate FortuneFi, a FortuneFi employee, or any other person or entity.

Accounts

In order to use the Service, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself, such as your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Content

The Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By uploading, submitting, storing, sending, or receiving content to or through the Service, you grant FortuneFi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content in any media.

Termination

FortuneFi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice. If we terminate or suspend your access to the Service, you may be prohibited from accessing the Service in the future.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FortuneFi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

FortuneFi will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

FortuneFi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post any changes on this page and encourage you to review the Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes have been made will constitute acceptance of those changes.
